Custom visualizers are contract-based client work that is entered with the studio to bring your vision to life.
When you request a certain Tier, you will receive an invoice that includes the scope of work and any add-ons (like custom avatars). The instructions to payment and the terms such as the instalment schedule for the project timeline will be on your invoice.
All tiers of custom visualizer require a Project Outline: this is a document that goes over a detailed description and the specific features of the desired scene for the visualizer, following the Tier Guidelines on this page.
Additionally, any relevant drawings, images, or attachments must be attached alongside the outline. These can include drawings of the intended scene diagram, images of intended objects / scene elements (this may or may not be possible depending on the genericness of the scene element - highly unique objects require their own separate custom model to be created), or actual 3D models of objects that will be used.
Note:You will gain access to direct communication with the studio for all Tiers of custom visualizers. This means any of your questions or needs can be answered by live contact as the project proceeds in building your visualizer.
Tier Guidelines
Follow these guidelines to make the relevant Project Outline for proceeding with a custom visualizer order. You can checkout the example document on this page.

DETAILS
Characters Formation: Positioning of the primary and any secondary characters. Characters Details: As per Character Customization. Timeline: The main progress of the visualizer. This is NOT an exact timeline by the second - OPUS handles the visualizer's core, such as the camera pans, effects, and everything else automatically. This timeline is for any notable or particular switches & events that want to be specified: FX that should be used at certain points, camera details at certain points, scene adjustments, etc. See a Timeline in the "Example Project Outline" below. Free-Cam Sequences: Camera movement that is not part of the main orbital setup that revolves around the primary avatar. This could be following a character walking from a distance, or moving focus to another specific character, for example. Spectra Formation: Positioning of the audio spectra, their colour, density, shape, and size. Global Environment: The sky setup (colour, sun direction, whole look if applicable), the lighting of the whole scene, and the base ground. Environment Landscaping Detail: More finely detailed global scene setup; trees, vegetation, particles, etc. Special Custom Animations: Non-dance animations for the characters - specified individual motions (like raising hand). Preferences & Adjustments: Your personal preferences for the visualizer as a whole, i.e. use less stage particles, only psychedelia camera effect, characters dance less, switch camera to beat often).
Revisions
You are entitled to the number of revisions offered in the Tier.
Initial or later communications for setting up scene and adjusting things do not count as revisions - a revision counts each time the final visualizer is handed.
Note: Once the final revision has been reached, no further requests can be made and the order is deemed complete. It is importantthat the final revision is done with consideration as previous revisions of the scene can not be reverted back to, except the actual rendered video of that revision. Once an order is deemed complete, no revisions will be held and cannot be re-requested.
Refer to the Terms of Service for certain specific limits and requirements of revisions.
Reusing Previous Customizations
Previous Custom Scenes Can Be Re-Used
The studio automatically keeps all your custom scenes - complimentary for any future use.
If you purchased a custom visualizer in one of these tiers, you can simply re-use that same scene for new visualizers from that point forward - without the full original cost. To re-use a custom visualizer, reach out with an outline to get a personalizedquote through Exclusive Access, depending on the level of adjustments being made - the price could be as low as a standard visualizer!
